Onboarding & Orientation
We introduce new employees to the company and their team. The new joinee goes through the Company Policies, important SOPs (standard operating procedures) as well as videos on the software to be used. The HR Personnel/Mentor walks them through any difficulties.
Process Training
Training for the particular process or job role at hand takes place through watching videos, one-on-one live training, and group training. These are followed by regular Q&A sessions to clarify any difficulties that may arise.
Training Feedback
Employees are given regular feedback on their training to help them learn from their mistakes as well as keep them motivated and engaged. This identifies areas to improve and gives learners a platform to voice their thoughts.
Skill-Based Learning
Enhance your field of specialization by completing skill-based courses from top universities in the USA. Subjects range from Basic Accounting, Six Sigma Principles, Lean Management to Website Building and Digital Marketing.

Rewards Policy
Our rewards program recognizes our people’s contributions, skills, and career progression. Employees are expected to complete 3 courses and 40 hours of learning each year at their own pace. The company rewards upskilling with bonuses, promotions and other perks.
Scope to Improve
In case the employee is unable to meet the company expectations, we are here to walk you through. A Performance Improvement Program or PIP is issued that helps them to achieve SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goals via feedback, guidance, and training.
