We introduce new employees to the company and their team. The new joinee goes through the Company Policies, important SOPs (standard operating procedures) as well as videos on the software to be used. The HR Personnel/Mentor walks them through any difficulties.

Process Training

Process Training

Training for the particular process or job role at hand takes place through watching videos, one-on-one live training, and group training. These are followed by regular Q&A sessions to clarify any difficulties that may arise.
