Onboarding Journey
Register employee on Zoho People and Zoho Projects, document collection, and orientation on Zoho Projects & Zoho People
Day 1
Month 1
Induction to regular meetings intra- and inter-team, orientation on Zoho People & Zoho Projects, Process Training via videos and live training
Completion of Probationary Period and availability of all benefits and privileges of permanent employees
Month 6
Month 7 to 12
Completion of 3 online self-paced courses from affiliated US universities that will lead to career enhancement and growth
Tenure Increment based on the year’s performance & appraisal
